• Trim the Wick: Before each burn, trim the wood wick to ⅛ - ¼ inch to prevent excessive smoke and ensure a steady flame. If the wick is too long, the candle may not stay lit.
• First Burn Matters: Allow the candle to burn until the melted wax reaches the edges of the container. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the candle’s life.
• Ventilation Matters: Burn in a well-ventilated area but away from strong drafts or fans that can cause uneven burning or excessive flickering.
• Stop Use When Low: Discontinue use when about ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom to prevent overheating and glass breakage.
