Refund Policy

At Naturacare, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy outlines how and when you can return products for a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition of Products: Products must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all packaging and labels intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain types of items may be exempt from being returned, such as customized products, sale items, or perishable goods. Please check our FAQ or contact customer service for more information.

3. Process for Returns and Refunds

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customerservice@naturacare.ca with your order details and reason for the return.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and transaction fee (3.65%) of the amount of the purchase are non-refundable.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund was approved or rejected.

4. Refunds

  • If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace unused, unopened items with all package and labels if they were purchased in person, as they can be miscarried and damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange an item purchased in person, send us an email at orders@naturacare.ca.

6. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

7. Changes to Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or change our Refund Policy at any time and you should check this Refund Policy periodically.
