Thank you for visiting and shopping at Naturacare.

The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic and International Shipping Policy

  • Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

2. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • Naturacare ships to addresses within the U.S. and Canada.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s), with exception if your order only contains 15 lip balms or less, a tracking number will not be provided. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Naturacare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

  • Naturacare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy

  • We currently do ship outside of Canada and the US. However, the shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination country.

7. Returns Policy

  • Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

8. Changes to Shipping Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or change our Shipping Policy at any time and you should check this Shipping Policy periodically.
